Cybersecurity

Why put your security in our hands

One team, one responsibility

Firewall, endpoints, email, backup and monitoring under a single provider, so nothing falls between vendors and there is one number to call.

Layered defence

Real protection is never a single product. We combine perimeter, endpoint, email and backup so one failure never exposes the whole company.

Certified partners

We are certified partners of the vendors we deploy, such as Fortinet and Microsoft, so you get correct licensing and correct configuration, not guesswork.

Local and always on

A Latvian team in our own Riga data centre, monitoring and responding around the clock, in your language, not a ticket queue in another timezone.

What a full security setup includes

  • Next-generation firewall (Fortinet), set up and managed
  • Endpoint protection for every computer and server
  • Email security and anti-spam that stops phishing
  • Backup and recovery, tested so it actually restores
  • Round-the-clock monitoring and incident response
  • Security audit plus NIS2 and GDPR guidance

How we secure you

  1. 1

    Security review

We audit your infrastructure, find the gaps and the real risks, and agree the priorities with you. The first review is free.

  2. 2

    Layered protection

We deploy firewall, endpoint, email security and backup, licensed correctly and configured to your business, not a default template.

  3. 3

    Monitor and respond

We watch for threats around the clock, apply updates, and step in the moment something looks wrong, so a small event never becomes a breach.

Cybersecurity questions

What does managed cybersecurity actually cover?

It covers the layers a business needs every day: a next-generation firewall at the perimeter, endpoint protection on every computer and server, email security that filters phishing and spam, backup that is tested so it actually restores, and monitoring around the clock. Managed means we do the work: we deploy each layer, keep licenses valid, apply updates and watch the alerts, so your staff do not have to become security specialists. We size everything to your company, document the setup, and stay responsible for it, so there is one team to call when something looks wrong.

Do we need all of it, or can we start small?

Starting small is normal and often the sensible choice. Most companies begin with the layer that removes the biggest risk, usually the firewall and endpoint protection, because those stop the most common attacks first. Email security, backup and monitoring can be added later as the business grows or as budget allows. Be aware of the trade-off: every layer you postpone leaves a gap, so postpone consciously, not by accident. The free security review exists exactly for this, it shows which gap is most dangerous in your specific setup, so you spend your budget where it matters most. Write to us and we will schedule it.

Are you ready for NIS2 and GDPR?

Yes, and it is worth understanding what that means in practice. The technical controls described on this page are exactly the kind of measures NIS2 and GDPR expect an organisation to have in place. Technology alone does not make you compliant though: both frameworks also ask for documented processes and evidence that the protection is actually managed. That is why we document everything we deploy for you, so when an auditor or a regulator asks questions, you can show what exists, who runs it and how incidents are handled. If you need to go further, we also run separate NIS2 readiness and data protection services alongside this offering.

Whose products do you use?

We deploy proven enterprise tools from vendors we are certified partners of. For the network perimeter that is typically a Fortinet next-generation firewall, and for identity and email we work with Microsoft. Certification matters for two practical reasons: your licenses are issued and renewed correctly, and the configuration follows the vendor's own best practice rather than guesswork. At the same time we are not tied to one fixed brand. A small office and a company with several sites need different tools, so we choose what fits your size and budget, and we explain why, so you always know what you are paying for.

Do you monitor around the clock?

Yes. Monitoring runs 24 hours a day, every day of the year, from our own data centre in Riga, staffed by our local team rather than an outsourced call centre in another timezone. In practice that means someone is watching the alerts from your firewall, endpoints and email protection in the middle of the night and on public holidays, which is exactly when many attacks are timed to happen. When something looks wrong we do not just send a notification, we apply updates, isolate the problem and respond to the incident, then tell you what happened and what we changed.

How much does it cost?

There is no single price list, because two companies of the same size can need very different protection. The cost depends on how many users, devices and sites you have, and on which layers you choose, since each layer is scoped and priced separately. The process is simple. We run the free security review first, so the quote is based on your real infrastructure, not assumptions. You then get a fixed monthly price that covers licensing, management and response, so the amount on the invoice does not move around. If priorities change later, the scope and the price are adjusted openly. Contact us to book the review.
