You receive a proper invoice in euro made out to your company, which your accountant can book without questions. Warranty length and level depend on the manufacturer and the option you choose, so tell us how critical the machine is and we will quote the cover to match.

A common setup combines both: production systems in the data centre and a NAS for backups at the office. Tell us your plan and we will quote both routes.

There is no single honest number, because the price is driven by the CPU, the amount of RAM, the disks and the warranty level you choose. An entry tower server for files and backups costs far less than a fully loaded rack machine built for virtualisation and databases.
