Contact questions

When is CloudHosting support available?

Monitoring and incident response run around the clock, every day of the year, because the systems that watch the servers never go offline. Staff are physically on site at the Riga data centre daily from 9:00 to 17:00, which is the best window for routine questions, billing matters and scheduled work. Outside those hours urgent issues still reach an engineer at any time, so a failure at night is not left waiting until morning. When you contact us, mention whether the matter is urgent or can wait, that helps route it to the right person straight away.

What is CloudHosting's phone number?

Call +371 66 66 29 69 or +371 28 32 82 28. Both numbers reach the same team in Riga, so it does not matter which one you pick, and if one line is busy simply try the other. Sales and support answer on weekdays, and urgent technical matters are handled around the clock. Phone works best when something is down right now or you need a quick answer before ordering. For anything that involves account changes, configurations or documents it is better to follow up in writing afterwards, so there is a record tied to your account that both sides can refer back to.

How fast does CloudHosting answer email?

Write to info@cloudhosting.lv for anything that needs details, screenshots or attachments. During business hours we usually reply within the hour, though a complex technical question may take longer because it goes to the engineer who can actually solve it, not to a first line that only acknowledges receipt. Messages sent at night or on weekends are picked up the next working day unless they are urgent. To speed things up, include your domain or service name, the exact error text and what you already tried. Tickets opened in the client area are tracked with response times, so use that route when you want the history kept in one place.

How do I open a support ticket?

Log in to the client area and create a ticket there. Because the ticket is tied to your account and your services, the engineer immediately sees which server or plan you mean, and you do not have to prove ownership by email back and forth. Tickets, invoices and service details stay in one place, so past conversations are easy to find months later. Describe one problem per ticket, note when it started and what changed just before, and attach screenshots if you have them. If you cannot log in at all, use info@cloudhosting.lv or the phone instead and we will restore access first.

Where is the CloudHosting data centre located?

Our own Tier 3+ data centre is at Berzaunes iela 1 in Riga, Latvia, and we run it ourselves rather than renting space in someone else's facility. Traffic flows over our own network, AS58269. Sales and support work right next to the server rooms, so the person answering your question can physically walk to the hardware if needed, and monitoring runs 24/7. For workloads that should sit closer to Western Europe we also offer a second region in Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and Dubai is available on request. If location matters for your project, latency or compliance wise, ask before ordering and we will advise honestly.

Can I visit the data centre?

Yes, colocation clients can visit their equipment. Visits are escorted and arranged in advance, which is standard practice for a Tier 3+ facility: access control is part of what keeps everyone's hardware safe, so nobody walks the server floor alone, including us. Write to info@cloudhosting.lv or call +371 66 66 29 69, tell us who is coming and roughly when, and we will agree on a time. Bringing or removing equipment is also coordinated this way. If you are considering colocation and want to see the facility before deciding, mention that when you write and we will tell you what can be arranged.

What languages does CloudHosting support speak?

We answer in English, Latvian and Russian across every channel: phone, email and tickets in the client area. The team is local and sits in Riga next to the data centre, so you are talking to the same engineers regardless of language, not to separate outsourced desks with different levels of knowledge. Write in whichever language is most comfortable and we will reply in it, and you can switch language mid conversation without losing context, since the same people read the whole thread. Technical terms are fine in English. If you write in another language entirely, we will do our best, but these three are the ones we support properly.
