The CloudHosting data centre is at Bērzaunes iela 1, Riga, LV-1039, Latvia: a Tier 3+ site with our own hardware and our own engineers, not rented racks in someone else's facility. All primary CloudHosting infrastructure runs from here under EU jurisdiction. A second live region operates in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, for workloads that want Western European connectivity, and capacity in Dubai (DXB1) is brought online on request. Whichever region you choose, the service, the panel and the support team stay the same. The address is public, but the data centre is closed to visitors: equipment is handed over at our office at the same address.

CloudHosting SIA, a Latvian IT infrastructure provider in business since 2016, runs the Riga data centre itself: the power, the cooling, the network under AS58269 and the engineers who answer your tickets are all our own. When something needs fixing, there is no other operator to wait for and no subcontractor to blame; the person who watches the alarm is a colleague of the person who answers you. It also keeps prices honest, since nobody upstream is charging us rack rent. Plenty of providers resell someone else's data centre; we answer for our own, which is why we can show the redundancy scheme with real paths instead of abstract promises.

At the CloudHosting data centre in Riga, Tier 3+ means every critical system has at least one independent reserve: power and cooling run in an N+1 configuration with UPS protection, so a component can fail or be taken out for maintenance while the load carries on. When a power feed fails, the load continues from the reserve path while engineers fix the cause, and losing one cooling unit does not push racks out of spec. The redundancy scheme on this page shows the paths: two independent feeds and UPS for power, duplicated cooling units, and two uplinks behind our BGP core. The CloudHosting data centre at Bērzaunes iela 1 is guarded, and visitors, colocation clients included, are not admitted: only a limited number of our own specialists have access. Clients hand their equipment over at our office at the same address, and our engineers install it in the rack. Redundancy is part of the design, with N+1 power backed by UPS and a diesel generator, N+1 cooling and two uplinks, and both the building systems and the customer equipment are covered by monitoring and incident response 24/7. Alarms about power, cooling or network anomalies trigger incident response, not just a line on a dashboard. We do not publish further detail about physical protection, because a data centre is safer when fewer people know how it is guarded.

CloudHosting announces its own IP address space from the Riga data centre over its own BGP network, AS58269, with redundant uplinks; that is the default for every service. On top of that you can order cross-connects to carriers present at the site, private circuits from the data centre to your offices, and site-to-site VPN tunnels. IPv4 addresses come from our own allocations. If you run your own AS, a BGP session with your prefixes is a standard colocation add-on at 50.00 EUR a month, and the PI prefix announcement costs 20.00 EUR. For anything custom, send us your topology and an engineer will reply with a concrete design and price.

Server colocation in the CloudHosting data centre in Riga starts at 40 EUR a month for a 1U server and the same for a tower unit, excluding VAT, with electricity billed by meter. Installation, a public IPv4, a 1 Gbit/s uplink and 30 TB of monthly traffic are included, and there is no minimum term. Add-ons such as extra units, a second power feed, guaranteed bandwidth, BGP, additional uplinks, dual PDU, 10G and cross-connects are listed openly on the colocation page; items marked on quote depend on your configuration. Clients do not enter the data hall: our engineers on site install the equipment and act as your remote hands.

CloudHosting offers full private racks in the Riga data centre, priced individually by power draw, next to shared rack space that starts from a single 1U server at 40 EUR a month. When the project grows, you move from a shared 19-inch rack to your own cabinet with dual power feeds and room for servers, storage and network gear together. The add-on list covers extra power, 10G uplinks and cross-connects, so the rack grows with you. Send us your equipment list and expected power draw, and we will quote the rack.

CloudHosting engineers at the Riga data centre act as your hands on site on working days from 9:00 to 17:00 Riga time: they reboot a server, swap a failed disk or a RAM module you shipped to us, reconnect cables, read out a console screen or install equipment into the rack. Simple actions are part of normal colocation support; bigger planned works are agreed in advance and billed by the hour as IT support. Clients do not enter the data hall, so all hands-on work on your equipment is done by our engineers. Hardware can be handed over at our office or arrive by courier, and we rack it without you being there.

CloudHosting hosts data in the EU by default: the primary site is in Riga, Latvia, so data there stays under EU jurisdiction and GDPR, which your privacy policy and client contracts can state plainly. The second live region, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is inside the EU as well and suits customers who want Western European connectivity or an out-of-country copy of their data. Dubai (DXB1) capacity, brought online on request, is the exception for projects that specifically need a non-EU location. We are a Latvian company, so questions about your data are answered by an EU legal entity, not a foreign intermediary.

CloudHosting runs web hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, Nextcloud, MikroTik CHR and server colocation from the Riga data centre, with the Netherlands as the second region for VPS and related services. That matters in practice: moving between products, from hosting to a VPS or from a VPS to a dedicated server, is a copy inside one network, not a migration between providers. Backups are kept on separate storage, and company infrastructure projects can combine dedicated hardware with private networking at the same site. If a project uses several products, support sees the whole picture in one system.
