Prices without VAT; Latvian VAT is 21% where it applies. CHR ships with the free RouterOS licence, which is limited to 1 Mbit/s. Add your own CHR licence from MikroTik and the speed is unlocked up to the port of your plan.
Your CHR ships with the free licence pre-installed. For production throughput, buy a paid level from MikroTik once and it stays with the router.

Licence prices are MikroTik list prices in USD and are paid to MikroTik, not to us. The 1 Gbps port speed applies regardless; the licence caps routed throughput.

CHR (Cloud Hosted Router) is the full RouterOS running as a virtual machine. Hosted in our data centre in Riga or Naaldwijk, it gives you BGP, OSPF, IPSec and the complete RouterOS feature set with no hardware to buy, and it is online in about 5 minutes.
The free CHR licence comes pre-installed. It limits each interface to 1 Mbit/s, which is fine for labs and staging. For production, a P1 licence (1 Gbit/s, 45 USD one-time) from MikroTik is the usual choice.
Yes. A P1 (45 USD), P10 (95 USD) or P-Unlimited (250 USD) licence bought from MikroTik or a distributor binds to the CHR system ID and survives reboots and RouterOS upgrades.
Yes, RouterOS BGP works fully. If you want to announce your own PI prefix over a session with us, contact support and we set it up.
Yes. Export your config from any RouterOS device and import it over WinBox, SSH or the API. We take a snapshot first, so a rollback is one click.
Nothing breaks and the port is not throttled: we contact you about moving to a larger traffic bundle instead of cutting the port.
Riga (RIX1) gives the lowest latency in Latvia and the Baltics; Naaldwijk (NL1) sits closer to Western European traffic. Both cost the same, from 17 EUR per month, and a Dubai location is coming on request.
