Brands we supply
We work with the network makers businesses actually trust, so you get genuine hardware, real warranty and an honest recommendation on which one fits your building and budget.
MikroTik: power on a budget
MikroTik routers and switches give you serious routing, VLANs and firewalling for a fraction of the enterprise price. Ideal for offices, ISPs and anyone who wants full control without a big bill. We configure RouterOS so you do not have to.
Ubiquiti UniFi: clean and manageable
Ubiquiti UniFi gives you tidy office Wi-Fi, switching and cameras in one dashboard you can actually understand. Great looks, fair price and self-service management, with us a phone call away when you need us.
Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet: enterprise grade
When you need carrier or enterprise reliability, we supply Cisco and Juniper switching and routing, HPE Aruba Wi-Fi and Fortinet firewalls, sized and licensed correctly for the job.
Why buy from us, not a web shop
Design first
We plan the network for your actual building and users first, then quote the exact gear, so nothing is over or under sized.
Delivered and configured
We bring it, rack it, cable it and configure switches, Wi-Fi and routers on site, so the network works from day one.
Genuine and warranted
Real, manufacturer-warranted hardware from official channels, invoiced in euro to your company.
One team for it all
Design, hardware, setup and later support come from the same people, so there is one number to call when something changes.
How it works
- 1
Tell us the site
A new office, a shop chain, a warehouse or a network upgrade. We learn the layout, the users and the budget.
- 2
We design and quote
You get a clear plan and quote with the right switches, access points and routers, then we order and deliver.
- 3
We install and support
We configure everything on site and stay on for warranty, changes and future growth with the same team.
Common questions
Can you design the network, or only sell the hardware?
We do both, and design is where we prefer to start. Before quoting anything we look at your building layout, user count and budget, then plan the switching, Wi-Fi coverage and routing to match. Only after that do we supply and configure the exact gear, so you do not overpay for oversized equipment and never run short of ports or PoE power. Designing first also catches practical problems early, such as cable routes, rack placement and weak Wi-Fi spots, while they are still cheap to fix on paper. If you already have a design, that is fine too: we can simply supply the hardware and configure it to your plan.
Which brand is best for an office network?
There is no single best brand, which is why we ask about your size and budget first. MikroTik gives you powerful routing, VLANs and firewalling at a low price and suits teams that want full control. Ubiquiti UniFi is the comfortable choice for tidy office Wi-Fi, switching and cameras you can manage yourself in one dashboard. Cisco, Juniper, HPE Aruba and Fortinet fit when enterprise reliability and licensing requirements matter more than price. Mixing brands is also normal, for example a MikroTik router in front of UniFi Wi-Fi. Tell us how many users and rooms you have, and we will recommend honestly, including the cheaper option when it is enough.
Do you install and configure on site?
Yes, and the work is done by the same team that designed and supplied the gear. We deliver to your address anywhere in Latvia, mount the equipment in the rack, run the cabling and configure switches, access points, routers and firewalls in place. That includes VLANs, Wi-Fi tuned to your rooms and users, and links between your sites. Before we leave we make sure real devices work on the network, wired and wireless, so it runs from day one rather than after weeks of tweaking. Afterwards the same people remain your contact for warranty, changes and expansion, which keeps small adjustments simple.
Is the hardware new and covered by warranty?
Yes. Everything we sell is new, genuine hardware sourced through the official distribution channels of each manufacturer, so the serial numbers are traceable and the full manufacturer warranty applies. This matters more than it sounds: gear bought from random marketplaces or grey imports can arrive with no valid warranty in the EU, and you only find out when a unit dies. If something fails under warranty, you deal with us, not with a foreign seller, and we handle the replacement process. You receive a proper invoice in euro made out to your company, which keeps accounting and asset records clean.
Can you connect several offices into one network?
Yes, this is one of the most common projects we do. We build a proper LAN in each location and then join them, either with an encrypted site-to-site VPN over the internet connections each office already has, or with carrier Ethernet where a dedicated link is justified. The result is one secure network: staff in every office reach the same file server, printers and internal systems as if they sat in the same building. It does not have to happen all at once, sites can be connected one by one as they are ready. The main practical requirement is a stable internet connection at each location, which we check during the design stage.
Where can I buy MikroTik or Ubiquiti equipment in Latvia?
You can buy it from us. CloudHosting supplies MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Cisco, Juniper, HPE Aruba and Fortinet hardware to companies anywhere in Latvia. There are two ways to order: if you already know the exact models, send us the list and we will quote it; if you only know the problem you want solved, describe the site and we will propose the right models for it. We are a Latvian company running our own data center and network in Riga, so network hardware is part of our daily work, not just lines on a price list. Request a quote through the form and you will get an offer with delivery terms.
Do I need PoE switches for cameras and access points?
Usually yes, and for ceiling-mounted devices it is hard to justify anything else. A PoE switch sends power over the same network cable that carries data, so IP cameras, phones and Wi-Fi access points can be placed where coverage is best instead of where a power outlet happens to be. There is also a practical bonus: put the switch on a UPS and all powered devices stay up through a short power cut. The honest caveat is that the PoE budget matters as much as the port count, because every powered device draws from a shared total. Send us your device list and we will size both correctly, or suggest simpler options when only a few devices need power.
How much does an office network cost?
There is no flat answer, because the price is driven by the floor area, the number of users and the brand level you choose. A few things people often underestimate: cabling work can be a noticeable part of the total, and the number of Wi-Fi access points depends on walls and layout, not just square meters. That is why we design the network for your building first and only then quote the exact hardware, so you see what each part costs. MikroTik and Ubiquiti keep the budget modest, Cisco and Fortinet cost more and are chosen for enterprise reliability. The quote does not commit you to anything, and the work can be split into stages if needed.
