A normal chatbot only talks. An AI agent goes a step further: it is an assistant you message like a person, but it can also do things for you. Ask it to sort files, pull together a report, check something on a schedule or run a routine task, and it carries it out and answers back, right inside your chat.
OpenClaw is one such agent, and we put it on a server that belongs only to you. It replies in Telegram, uses the AI brain you choose, and keeps your files and history on your own machine. You do not install or code anything: order the server and it is ready. If you are technical, it is fully open source and you can tune it yourself.

What is OpenClaw and what does the AI agent actually do?
OpenClaw is a ready-made server with a personal AI agent pre-installed on Ubuntu 24.04. You message it in Telegram and it answers questions, sorts files, builds reports and runs routine tasks for you. Plans start at 9.35 EUR/mo with annual billing and the server is ready minutes after ordering.
I have never used an AI agent. Is this for me?
Yes. If you can chat in Telegram, you can use it. Order the server, add a key in the panel, and message your agent like a person. No coding needed, and the server is ready minutes after ordering.
What is the AI key for, and do you provide it?
The agent needs a brain to think, and that is an AI key from OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude) or avots.ai. You bring your own so you control the model and the cost; we do not resell it.
How much does an OpenClaw AI agent server cost?
OpenClaw costs 11 EUR/mo (1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 20 GB NVMe) and OpenClaw Pro 38 EUR/mo (2 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, 120 GB NVMe), excluding 21% VAT. Paying for 12 months cuts the price by 15%. Your AI key from OpenAI, Anthropic or avots.ai is billed separately by that provider.
What is the difference between OpenClaw and OpenClaw Pro?
Pro has several times the resources: 2 vCPU, 8 GB RAM and 120 GB NVMe versus 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM and 20 GB on the base plan, mostly because the agent stores files and history. Choose Pro if you will keep many documents or run heavier tasks. The price difference is 11 vs 38 EUR/mo.
Where is my OpenClaw server hosted?
You pick Riga, Latvia (our own Tier 3+ data centre) or Naaldwijk in the Netherlands, with Dubai coming soon. In both European locations your files and chat history stay on your own private single-tenant server in the EU.
Is it safe if the agent runs commands?
The agent can run tasks, which is the whole point, so each OpenClaw is a private single-tenant server, isolated from other customers, patched by us and protected with snapshots.
Can technical users set it up themselves?
Absolutely. OpenClaw is open source (github.com/cloudhostinglv/openclaw-vm). Power users can take a plain server, install it and tune every setting; everyone else gets it ready to go.
